As Nature Homes da CarmoForm are innovative and nature-integrated residential solutions. Available in T2, T3, and T4 typologies, these modular houses are built with CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber), following the same concept as our BlockHouses.
The “Turnkey” approach ensures that you can enjoy your new home in a short period of time, without sacrificing quality and comfort. Each unit is manufactured in about two and a half months, with a maximum delivery time of six months.
Cross Laminated Timber (CLT)
CLT – Cross Laminated Timber is produced from several layers of solid wood overlapped, which guarantees solidity and stability. They can be applied individually or combined with other materials – such as insulation, stone, masonry.

Modular Construction
